With more than 40 years of experience in research of crystal and its applications in Chonbuk National University, Prof. H. S. Kang, established K. T-ray Tech. in Jeonju, South Korea.  . </p>
<p>His work includes not only growing crystals, but also applications to solar cells, crystal defects, radioactive radiation detectors, light emitting and absorption devices; especially, T-ray emitters, sensors and ultra fast E-O modulator as well as A-O modulators, since 1995. </p>
<p>Recently, his work has been focused on the growth of single-crystals based on CdTe, ZnTe, ZnxCd1-xTe and manufacturing of T-ray emitters and sensors.  We supply the devices of T-ray emitters, sensors. </p>

These broadband products are use to measure the power and/or energy of electromagnetic sources across the spectrum from 0.1 um to greater than 1000 um.   Spectrum has recently designed a number of sensors and instruments that are optimized for measurements of THz sources from 0.2 to 20 THz.   Our new SPH-62-THz Hybrid Pyroelectric Detector and SPH-CM-TEST offer a THz Researcher an easy way to evaluate our products for this application.   It can be used to measure continuous THz sources, with the use of an optical chopper, in the power range from less than 1 uW to 100 mW or greater.</p>

Thomas Keating started - so we believe - in the 1780&#8217;s off St Paul&#8217;s Churchyard in the City of London. It was a chemists shop and through the 19 Century developed two products: A cough lozenge sold during the winter and an Insecticide sold during the summer. The latter, which became a household name, was based upon pyrethrum, although there was a rumour that the same ingredients were used in both.</p>
<p>Since the 1950&#8217;s a high precision toolroom making presstools and injection moulds for the watch, telephone and aerosol industries, was built up - all requiring very high precision machining.</p>
<p>Starting in the 1980&#8217;s these toolmaking skills and technologies have been applied to servicing the scientific community, in particular to the design and manufacture of THz instruments for cosmology, astronomy, atmospheric remote sensing, plasma fusion diagnostics and material measurements.</p>

The established in year 1990 company Molecular Technology (MolTech) GmbH was initially oriented towards the development of new materials, components, as well as technologies, especially in the fields &#8220;lasers, optics, electronics&#8221;. During the further development of the company the business interests were extended to other product groups, such as laboratory devices and devices for testing of material properties.<br />
In the year 2002 the department &#8220;Laboratory devices&#8221; was outsourced into an independent enterprise - the Berlin-based Lab4you devices development company ( Lab4you GmbH ). The new daughter company has taken over the already organized network of distribution as well as partnerships and development capacities and all existing customer obligations.<br />
The department &#8220;XRF-devices&#8221; started active promoting of MetExpert devices and according measurement technologies in the year 2002.<br />
Today MolTech GmbH has consumers in 34 countries worldwide, of which about 50% are from Research &#038; Education branch and the other 50% are commercial companies.</p>
