Welcome to WOCSDICE 2006
The organisers and hosts warmly welcome you to the 30th Workshop on Compound Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits, WOCSDICE 2006, in Fiskebäckskil, Sweden, May 14-17, 2006. The symposium is organised by Chalmers University of technology, department of Microtechnology and Nanoscience (MC2) with the aim to create a forum where researchers can discuss latest results and trends in the field of compound semiconductor technology and related science.
